Mark is a calm, well-rounded, and insightful psychologist. His therapeutic approach emphasises helping clients achieve security, connection, competence, and purpose in their lives. His particular focus is on helping individuals understand and overcome the automatic patterns that may be holding them back from their full potential.

Mark's practice focuses on treating a range of conditions, including anxiety, stress, depression, relationships, trauma, and addictions. With Masters degrees in both Psychology and Addictive Behaviours, Mark employs various therapeutic approaches, including Mindfulness, Cognitive Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and ISTDP (Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy). Mark's professional experience spans both private practice and work in a residential mental health retreat.

Prior to becoming a therapist, Mark had a successful career in software industry, where he led a start-up’s expansion into the United States. This experience gave him a deep and personal understanding of the impact of business-related stressors and workplace challenges. His journey through these stressors gave him first-hand experience with the practical benefits of Buddhism, mindfulness, and interpersonal psychology, and eventually led to his formal training in psychology.

Mark sees clients through Medicare, WorkCover, DVA, and private health.
